Established by the National Alumni Board, the Loras College Mentor Program was designed for students and alumni to make their careers more rewarding and successful. Mentees share aspirations, challenges, career questions and ideas while mentors serve as their personal board member and be a sounding board, provide advice, networking, referrals and encouragement. Alumni and students will be paired based on their field of study, workplace aspirations, campus involvements and interests.
