The Class of 1972 Duhawk Scholarship
The Class of 1972 Duhawk Scholarship was established in 2012 to commemorate and celebrate the Class of 1972 – 40th reunion. The scholarship was created to help students pursue their education at Loras and preference is given to students who demonstrate a commitment to community service and faith. The scholarship can be received by a student for up to four years.
Since 2012, 60 members of the Class of 1972 have contributed just over $200,000 to the Class of 1972 Duhawk Scholarship.
Beckman Hall Rennovation
Home to 240 students, Beckman Hall is currently undergoing a major renovation to improve the resident space and upgrade the facility.
In its 60-year history, Beckman has housed over 7,500 Loras College students and yet has not been upgraded or undergone any renovation since opening its doors in 1961. For prospective students, the quality of residence halls play an important role in their college decision and the current condition of Beckman has negatively impacted the College’s ability to attract and retain students.

Donors who give $1,000 or more annually are recognized as members of the St. Joseph Society.
